The strength of the company is network of ICT points, indigenously developed system and processes, capability of utilization of local unemployed youth, tie-ups with various government recognized service providers etc. We have around 800 dedicated customer service points with ICT capability. These points are providing basic banking services. They have opened around 3.5lacs accounts and hence fulfilled the objective of financial inclusion of the nation. They are being trained to distribute affordable health insurance product of recognized health insurance companies which could protect financial loss of poor individual in case of accident and disease where hospitalization or surgeries are mandatory. They are being trained as power planner to create awareness of home solar system. Digital adult education program and telemedicine are the future plans of the company.
