We are seeking an experienced Senior Kronos Consultant with more than 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Kronos workforce management solutions. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier workforce management solutions to our clients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and maximizing the value our clients derive from their Kronos systems.Responsibilities:Consulting Leadership: Lead and participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of Kronos solutions for our clients. Provide expert guidance on best practices, industry trends, and innovative approaches to workforce management.Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design tailored Kronos solutions that align with their workforce management goals.Configuration and Implementation: Configure Kronos modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, labor analytics, and absence management, based on client specifications.
