Job Description: *Tele Sales Executive* Responsibilities:Customer Engagement:Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Order Management:Accurately record details of customers purchase orders.Process all customer purchases accordingly.Lead Generation:Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Customer Account Management:Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Product Knowledge:Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.Target Achievement:Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.Requirements:Technical Skills:Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to follow scripts.Sales Skills:Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Experience:6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.Benefits:Work Schedule:6 days working with rotational shifts.9-hour shifts.Compensation:Salary up to 35k CTC.Incentives 40k+.100rs conveyance per day.Additional Perks:Breakfast/ dinner provided.PF/ESI/Medical benefits.Same-day selection process.Good communication skills are required.Qualifications: Any qualification.Experience:Fresher eligible when a person is a Graduate, Under Graduate should have experience Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
