Any Graduate/HR MBA/BBA. Must be able to work on excel and must have good typing skillsMust be able to understand different companies and their business and be able to explain about the same to the candidate.Must be able and willing to put 8 hours in a day at work. This is a work from home opportunity.Candidate must have HR/Recruitment experience in the past for minimum 2 years.Candidate must be good in English communication.Work Time-: Calls to the candidate can be made any time between 9.30 AM to 8.30 PM as per your convenience. But the return calls must be attended atleast any time during the day till 6.00 PM.Work Days-: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)This is completely work from home Job and any House Wife, Male/Female who cannot work from Office Full time can take this up. Candidate who have done their internship or want to do it after or during MBA/BBA HR can also apply.Candidate from any location within India can apply. Nashik will be preferred.Candidate must have a dedicated Internet connection, Laptop/Computer, Mobile PhoneCompensation-: Monthly fixed Salary ranging between 5000 to 10000 PM + incentives upto 10000 PM Role and Responsibility1. To Understand the recruitment needs of the client company from Reporting Manager and to maintain manpower requisition tracker.2. Maintain the Candidate Tracker and keeping it updated all the time.3. Searching the right talent through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Face Book etc4. Sharing JD& Job responsibility to the candidate.5. Share the Client company introduction video/website to the candidate.6. Talk to candidate to understand whether candidate is suitable for the Client company and to understand whether company can meet candidates aspiration.7. Send SMS/Email to the candidate who were not reachable on call and follow them up the next day.8. Coordinating with the reporting Managers for the scheduling Technical round and Counseling managers on candidate Negotiating on compensation and benefits
