After the success of SPS, we decided to make the company as private limited so, in 2014, Mr. Ashok founded the company AIM MULTISKILLS JOBS PVT. LTD.

The firm was started on the premise that maximizing companies people management skills would vastly improve their output, both in terms of quality and quantity.
