MechanicalExperience: 4 to 10 yearsSalary: From 42,000 to 65,000 Per MonthJOB PROFILE : During project responsibilities that erection & fabrication of complete sponge iron (DRI) division including kiln, cooler, ESP raw material system etc good knowledge of refractory work of kiln & DSC & ABC. In the time of production maintaining the C/Fe ratio through out the campaign. Maintaining the air/tone of sponge iron through out the campaign. Taking the corrective action for obstruct the accretion formation. Maintain the oil consumption and process parameters during light up. Co- ordination with the entire department to maintain the product quality and to avoided loss of production. Promptly response corrective action during any equipment breakdown to avoid loss of production. Kiln hold Should be taken carefully during any equipment breakdown o avoid loss of production. Maintaining the equipment in safe & healthy condition being in touch with maintenance department. Laboratory for immediate action to avoid for loss of production. Detecting the alarm situation of equipments to avoid break down of the same. CO-Ordination with field operator for the smooth operation of the plant. Co- ordination with quality control department for analysis report taking corrective action for maintaining the product quality. Recording of important parameters reading. Inspection & trouble shouting of the equipment during shut down. During project responsibilities were of project in charge like that erection & fabrication of complete sponge iron division including raw material plant kiln ( 100 tpd) coolet,esp, etc. In the time of production the operating parameters as per the daily operating instruction & controlling the same. Taking the corrective action for any divination of process parameters in consultation with the operation.
