The Job Description is as follows:-Roles and Responsibilities :- Should guide patients with various Aasanas to overcome their diseases as well as to live a healthy life. Should prepare and recommend diet charts for patients. To understand the prakrati of body and to explain dietary requirements to patients. Should increase awareness of Yoga among the patients and increase customers for the company. Should attend/ conduct various seminars/ workshops/ meetings, when required. Should deliver Online Yoga Sessions as per the company requirement. To give all kinds of Naturopathy therapies to the patients as required/prescribed. To prepare suitable diet chart for all patients based on their medical condition. The diet chart should be customized for every patient and should indicate the quantity too. Should accomplish all the additional/ assigned tasks within given timelines.Desired Candidate Profile :- Should have a valid degree with relevant experience of at least two years. Should have Good command in Yoga. Should have the ability to work under pressure. Should have awareness/ proper knowledge in Naturopathy procedure. Should have knowledge of herbs and its uses in the treatment. Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge. Should be able to handle/carry out all the tasks single handedly without seeking any assistance. Should have positive attitude, be flexible as per work requirement and possess good team spirit. We are an NABH Accredited hospital and looking for a BAMS and MD in Ayurveda (Bala Roga, Jwara Chikitsa & Atyayika Chikitsa) with at least 5 years of sound experience in the Ayurveda field to work as a Senior Doctor. Candidate should be registered from Delhi only. The broad roles and responsibilities are as follows:-Job Description Handling general OPDs/ IPDs. Handling non-relief cases to increase relief. Restoring patients to good health through Panchakarma/ Yoga/ Naturopathy/ Acupressure/ Diet. Informing patients about the functions/ benefits of each treatment. Maintenance of all medical history and records of each patient. Monitoring and evaluating the implications of treatment. Ensure quality of consultations provided to the patients as per the defined SOPs. Handling all Panchakarma Treatments. To formulate SOPs, Guidelines and other important documents, if required. To perform as per the NABH standards. Create highly structured (literally medical text-book style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights- with sections such as history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment details, treatment plan etc. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.(EHR) Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences Understand and maintain desired level of clinical knowledge based on assigned specialty Consultation Via Online modes with patients, help them to choose our brand of products, handling of our health based website and content monitoring, Health topic discussions via live sessions on social media pages & mobile app to attract the audience.
