Key ResponsibilitiesPanel & Control Wiring: Execute neat and precise internal wiring of electrical control panels (including LT/HT panels, APFC panels, and motor starters) using appropriate lugs, ferrules, and cable ties.Circuit Execution: Read and implement wiring paths directly from electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and terminal allocation sheets.Cable Laying & Conduit Installation: Install industrial conduits, casing, and cable trays on the factory floor or at project sites; route power and control cables securely.Switchgear Mounting: Fix and connect electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, energy meters, and terminal blocks onto DIN rails.Continuity & Testing: Perform preliminary electrical checks using multimeters or continuity testers to verify connections, trace circuits, and eliminate short circuits before power-up.Electrical Maintenance: Assist senior maintenance engineers in troubleshooting faulty wiring, replacing burnt-out components, and carrying out scheduled preventive checks on plant machinery.Safety Adherence: Strictly follow industrial safety norms, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and ensure continuous usage of insulated tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
