Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels, PLC panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, and distribution boards.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings.

Install electrical components such as relays, contactors, MCBs, MCCBs, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, timers, and terminal blocks.

Carry out cable routing, ferruling, crimping, gland fitting, and wire dressing activities.

Test wiring connections and perform continuity and insulation checks.

Identify and troubleshoot wiring and electrical faults in control panels.

Assist in panel installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer sites when required.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality procedures.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Prepare daily work reports and update supervisors on project progress.
