- Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and program wire cutting processes: Design and develop programs to efficiently cut materials using wire cutting machines based on specifications provided.2. Set up and operate wire cutting machines: Calibrate and set up wire cutting machines based on program instructions to ensure accurate cutting of materials.3. Troubleshoot and maintain machines: Identify and resolve issues with wire cutting machines to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.4. Ensure quality control: Implement quality control measures to inspect and verify the accuracy of cuts made by the machines.5. Maintain documentation: Keep detailed records of programs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for future reference.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Proficiency in wire cutting programming: Strong understanding of wire cutting programming languages and techniques to develop efficient cutting processes.2.
