We are looking for a Store Controller with 8 to 10 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. The candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in Commerce and should be male. This full-time position is based in Hosur Taluk and requires the individual to work from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inventory Management:** Oversee the accurate tracking of stock levels and ensure that inventory is replenished timely to meet the demands of the store.- **Stock Audits:** Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify that physical stock matches the records, identifying discrepancies and addressing them promptly.- **Data Analysis:** Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations that enhance inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.- **Supplier Coordination:** Communicate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.- **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on inventory status, including stock levels, order status, and financial implications, to management for informed decision-making.- **Team Collaboration:** Work with various departments such as sales and procurement to synchronize inventory management efforts and improve efficiency.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions.- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and team members.- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.- Attention to detail to maintain accurate stock records and reports.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
