As a QC Welding Inspector, you will ensure the quality and safety of welding processes and structures in our projects. Your primary focus will be on inspecting welds and ensuring that they meet the required standards.Key Responsibilities:- Weld Inspection: Regularly examine welded joints to check for defects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, including reports of non-conformance and corrective actions taken.- Quality Standards Compliance: Ensure that all welding activities adhere to relevant quality standards and regulations to guarantee safety and reliability.- Collaboration: Work closely with the welding team and engineers to provide feedback on welding practices and suggest improvements.- Training Support: Assist in training and guiding new staff on welding inspection techniques and quality control processes.Required Skills and Expectations:- Educational Background: Candidates should have completed I.T.I. in a relevant field.- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in welding inspection, with a solid understanding of welding processes and standards.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with various welding techniques and inspection tools is essential.- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects or issues in welds, ensuring all work meets quality expectations.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.- Gender Specification: This role is specifically for male candidates, as per organizational requirements.
