Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement. Scope & Budget Control: Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and budgets while mitigating risks. Process Improvement: Recommend and contribute to upgrades of internal SOPs and documentation in collaboration with the HR department. Client Success: Ensure each project is delivered successfully, aligning with client expectations and business goals. Understand and interpret project requirements and deliverables. Use project management tools such as Monday.com to plan, assign, and monitor tasks. Provide constructive feedback to the team to foster growth and consistent improvement. Stay updated with the latest market trends and technological developments in the digital space. Collaborate with the HR team to suggest SOP upgrades or policy changes based on operational insights. Support client negotiations with strong communication, confidence, and professionalism.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency or creative/IT environment Strong understanding of web design, SEO, digital marketing, and graphic design processes Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote teams is a plus Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proven experience in operations or project management within the digital or creative industry.
