Role & responsibility:Create new websites from scratch on WordPress and Shopify platformsAdd features as needed for the project using the right themes, apps, and pluginsCreate websites that are functionally high performing while also looking greatCreate a website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practicesWrite well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practicesGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needsBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website projectsStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesUnderstand the business requirements of clients and suggest the right apps/ plugins to help achieve the business goalsWrite code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP, Liquid or JavaScriptTest sites and websites in different browsers and environmentsFix bugs in existing projectsTest new features thoroughly to ensure they perform they perform the correct task in all casesCoordinate with designers, developers, and project managers for progress updatesDesigning and developing front-end and back-end web architecture.
