Translate yearly sales forecast into griege fabric and requirements.Participate in budget/cost development with accounting and finances department.Prepare production schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality goals are met.Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.Ensure materials are requisitioned on time to support production schedule.Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.Ensure line associates follow established manufacturing process and safety practices.Work with the HR team on any employee relations issues.Ensure operations are fully staffed per manufacturing schedule

Your expertise in textile manufacturing processes, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be critical in driving the success of our weaving department.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the daily operations of the weaving department, ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to production schedules.Coordinate with other departments, such as planning, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of finished products.Develop and implement production plans, considering factors such as machine capacity, resource allocation, and production targets.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, increase productivity, and reduce costs.Train, mentor, and motivate the weaving team, fostering a culture of collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all employees.Collaborate with the procurement team to manage raw material inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.Conduct regular inspections of weaving machinery and equipment, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.Maintain quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in weaving and textile manufacturing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered.Proven experience working in a similar role within the textile industry.
