Seeking an experienced, student-focused Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day hostel operations, ensure student safety, discipline, and welfare, and coordinate with college administration.Key responsibilities:- Supervise hostel operations, maintenance and discipline- Manage student welfare, medical emergencies, and parent communications- Maintain attendance, visitor logs and security protocols- Supervise mess/cafeteria service and housekeeping- Coordination with college admin for admissions, fee dues, and records

Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.Reports to the Director in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required.
