Job Description:We are looking for a VTL Operator to operate, Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines for precision machining of components as per drawings and specifications.Roles & Responsibilities:Operate VTL machines as per work instructionsLoad and unload components safelyRead and understand mechanical drawings and job sheetsSet tools, offsets, and perform basic machine setupMonitor machining process and make corrections if requiredMeasure components using vernier, micrometer, and gaugesEnsure dimensional accuracy and surface finishMaintain machine cleanliness and follow safety standardsReport machine issues or defects to the supervisorSkills Required:Basic knowledge of VTL operationsUnderstanding of cutting tools and materialsKnowledge of measuring instrumentsAbility to work in shiftsAttention to quality and safety
