Key Responsibilities:-Strategic Operations Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to scale manufacturing capabilities, boost productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency.Production & Manufacturing Management: Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring that manufacturing operations meet quality standards, delivery deadlines, and cost targets.Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory management to prevent supply chain bottlenecks and minimize operational downtime.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products and manufacturing processes strictly adhere to industry standards and ISO guidelines.Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma): Champion continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance workflow.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across production, maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chainBudget & P&L Management: Oversee the operational budget, manage costs, and drive initiatives to increase profitability while maintaining high product standards.Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements:-Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. A Masters degree or MBA is highly preferred.Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in operations management, specifically within the manufacturing, automotive, or electronics/drivetronics industries.Skills: Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, supply chain logistics, and cross-functional leadership.Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced production environments

Formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of a team's business or its area of functional responsibility, such as developing a strategic manufacturing plan. Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. Collaborate with executive leaders of the manufacturing units to develop and meet company goals. Collaborates with other divisions and departments Leaders to carry out the organizations goals and objectives. Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for development plans, material, and machine efficiency along with man efficiency, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision. Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects. Establishes and administers the departments budget. Presents monthly performance reports and metrics to the Managing Director. Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management. Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided. Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team. Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other executive leaders, Contribute to the sales and profitability requirements of the business as determined by the strategic plans. Oversee day-to-day all manufacturing units operations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
