Hiring for 10 VMC Programmer Jobs in Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, with minimum 4 Years Experience, Required Educational Qualification is : Vocational Course, Diploma with Good knowledge in Setter Activities, Fanuc Control, Mazak, Makino, Gear Hobbing, OEE Calculation, operating, programming etc.

1) Setting and operation of VMC machines.2) Follow up with Programmer for programmed and attributes for various parts as per production schedule and planning.3) Should read and understand Engineering drawing.4) Should have sound knowledge in VMC machine tools.5) Should have sound knowledge in Setting and operation of VMC machines6) Knowledge of various cutting tools7) Knowledge of various cutting parameters8) Should have basic knowledge of all type of manufacturing processes.9) Knowledge of using various jigs and fixtures, experience in setting the job based on program and then inserting the program into the machine and proving the component and running the machine in various shifts10) Candidate should have experience in different machining strategies in vertical machining centre well acquainted in machining of various 2D as well as complex 3D profiles setting 2D profiles, multiple setting to complete a part etc.11) Sound knowledge in different tool selection for right job and part as well as different finishing strategies on jobs.
