Roles/Responsibilities:- Evaluate video submissions and practical assessments, based on rubrics, and fill specific formats- Support with variant creation of assessment items and question bank clean up- Provide inputs to improve the rubrics used by the Assessment Product Support Unit- Support the operations team with assessments delivery where needed.Skills/Experience needed:- Freshers as well as early-career professionals from any discipline, with a keen interest in subject concepts in at least one of Maths, Science, English, Social Sciences, Business Studies, Economics, etc. - Teachers and experienced professionals are also welcome and may be considered for more senior roles.- Strong communication; ability to gauge verbal communication skills, visual presentation skills.- Good data-handling skills and comfort with MS Excel / Google Sheets- Drive, perseverance, rigor, and attention to detail.- The main requirement is in English; candidates with Hindi/ Kannada/ Tamil fluency are welcome to apply.Experienced candidates, with team management skills, can apply for a Lead role to manage this unit.
