The ideal candidate will be responsible for the procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.Review project BOQs, specifications, and drawings to identify procurement needs.Source, negotiate, and finalize terms with suppliers/vendors/subcontractors.Prepare purchase orders and contracts in coordination with the project and commercial teams.Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials on-site.Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-effective solutions.Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams for material approvals and technical compliance.Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 3 to 12 years of experience in MEP procurement within construction or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and market trends.Proven experience in negotiating with vendors and managing purchase cycles.Proficiency in MS OfficeExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job role includes identification of opportunities for Business Development through Cold Call/Visit, Tendering portal. Survey of the Tender Enquiry, discussion with client, Taking Offer from the vendor, Preparation of Tender documents, Interaction with Client for Project.

1. Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with HVAC suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.3. Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely material availability.4. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all HVAC materials meet project specifications and industry standards.5. Coordination & Reporting: Work with project teams, finance, and site managers to align procurement with business needs.6. Key Skills & Qualifications:7. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field .8. 5-15 years of experience in HVAC procurement, preferably in MEP/construction.9. IVR & Lead Management:Check and verify IVR numbers for operational accuracy.Configure and manage IVR settings within the Anarock system.3. Website & Landing Page Management:Content writer for website and ensure proper formatting and SEO compliance.Supervise all website functionalities, including inquiry forms, phone numbers, and servicemaintenance.Coordinate with vendors for any website-related issues or updates.Oversee landing page operations, ensuring all forms, phone numbers, and tabs are fullyfunctional.4. SEO & Digital Marketing Support:Execute On-Page SEO activities, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and contentstructuring.Perform Off-Page SEO activities, including link building, guest posting, and directorysubmissions.Research and optimize keywords and search terms for all projects.5. Website Backend & Technical Maintenance:Handle domain and hosting renewals to avoid downtime.Manage backend website-related tasks, ensuring smooth technical performance.Coordinate with the website agency for updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
