We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Chakan. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance and should have completed at least their 10th grade. This full-time position requires working from our office location.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inspecting Diesel Engines:** Regularly check and assess the condition of diesel engines to identify any issues or required repairs.- **Performing Repairs:** Execute repairs on various parts of the diesel engine, such as fuel injectors, pumps, and exhaust systems, ensuring they run efficiently.- **Conducting Maintenance:** Carry out routine maintenance and servicing, including oil changes and filter replacements, to prevent breakdowns and enhance engine life.- **Using Diagnostic Equipment:** Employ the latest diagnostic tools to troubleshoot engine problems, helping to determine the most effective repair solutions.- **Keeping Records:** Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used, ensuring the documentation is clear and up to date for future reference.The ideal candidate should possess:- **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of diesel engines, their components, and maintenance procedures is essential for effective performance.- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to diagnose mechanical issues quickly and effectively will improve operational efficiency.- **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail ensures that all repairs are completed to a high standard, reducing the likelihood of rework.- **Team Player:** Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment. - **Physical Stamina:** The role may require physical exertion, including lifting heavy tools and working in various conditions. ITI of 2 Years :- Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV), F12th Pass :- Arts / Commerce / Science.Graduation :- Any (Who are interested in Diploma in Mechatronics).Age Between 18 to 23 Years only (at the time of enrollment)

Qualification:ITI Diesel Mechanic / Motor MechanicOR prior experience in forklift or automobile maintenanceResponsibilities:Routine servicing & repair of forklifts.Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic & electrical issues.Replace faulty parts & maintain service records.Ensure safety standards during maintenance.Experience:Fresher ITI candidates welcome (training provided).13 years preferred in forklift/heavy equipment/automobile maintenance.Salary & Benefits:15,000 20,000 per month + PF, ESI, OvertimeCareer growth with on-the-job training.
