Lead the Credit Analyst team in India that underwrites deals forthe US market Work closely with the Credit Committee in New York to ensureseamless functioning of the credit function Ensure quality of credit analysis, train and mentor the team toensure adherence to underwriting quality metrics Oversee daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timelymovement, balanced workloads, and efficient resourceallocation. Serve as the first point of contact for escalated or complexunderwriting scenarios, providing guidance and resolving issuesto support smooth loan flow. Support and mentor underwriters by providing day-to-dayguidance, fostering development, and monitoring teamperformance. Ensure underwriting decisions meet agency, investor, andcompany guidelines while supporting risk management andquality control initiatives. Ideate and execute process enhancements in the credit functionto help improve quality of analysis, and turnaround times Interact with clients and other stakeholders to gather feedback andmentor the team accordingly Interact with Data Science team to help embed the latest in AIand machine learning into our underwriting processes Interact with Trading team to ensure that loans are properlystructured to be placed on warehouse lines and intosecuritizations Present hand-selected deals to investment committee for finalapprovalBackground/Experience: PG/Masters degree from a premier college with a specializationin finance, economics or a related field Additional financial qualification US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level2 Experience in credit analysis, especially in the real estateindustry. Exposure to the US market will be an advantage Experience in leading a small team of highly skilled analysts Exposure to US or European clients and managing offshoreteams will be an advantage Strong written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Drive enhanced Gross Margin and associated governance for the business unit Drive growth for the Business Unit. Sustain and drive growth from existing & new clients P&L responsibility for the respective BU. Formulate business strategies, address operational issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and achieve revenue and profitability objectives both for growth and stressed revenue scenarios. Support Sales in sourcing new business from clients. Engage with diverse stakeholders, internal as well as external including Senior Leadership, Customers and Partners. Continually monitor the relevant external environment (e.g., market conditions, competitive environment, pricing, regulatory landscape) and drive appropriate improvements for the business. Drive automation projects for the current processes and look for continual value-added services for the client.
