UPS Service Engineer Fresher Jobs in Jaipur

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) service engineerinstalls, maintains, and repairs UPS systemsand related equipment. Key duties include performing installations and breakdown services,troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and managingdocumentation. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, excellentproblem-solving skills, and good customer service.Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance:Install, test, and commission UPS systems,batteries, and stabilizers. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance toensure system performance. Troubleshooting and Repair:Respond to emergency breakdown calls to diagnoseand repair faults in UPS systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs,such as replacing parts like capacitors and batteries. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs,maintenance, and equipment configurations. Customer Support:Provide technical support to customers via phone or in person.Investigate customer complaints to find the root cause of problems and recommendsolutions. Collaboration:Work with other engineers and cross-functional teams to resolvecustomer issues and provide faster resolutions.Requirements Education:A diploma or ITI in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is oftenrequired. Technical Skills:o Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.o Proficiency in technical troubleshooting.o Experience with equipment like UPS, inverters, and stabilizers. Soft Skills:o Excellent communication and customer service skills.o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other:o Possession of a valid two-wheeler license is sometimes required for field service.o Familiarity with industry-specific software and diagnostic tools is often necessary.;

UPS Engineer: We Are Looking For A UPS Engineer Who Can Support Both Online And Offline Ups , A Person Who Is Trained And Well Versed In UPS Management.Preventive MaintenancePerform Routine Preventive Maintenance Of UPS & Servo As Per Schedule.New Installations & Battery Replacement If Needed.Identifying Problems And Diagnosing And Repairing Faults.Troubleshooting The Problems.Change The Card And Battery.Respond To Emergency Service Calls, Diagnosis And Repair Systems As Needed.Recommend Scheduled Component Upgrades And Equipment/Parts Replacement As Needed.Perform Quality Control And Site Inspections As Required.Provide 24X7 Service Response, On Call Service As Needed.Breakdown Services:Troubleshooting Problems And Providing Proper Diagnostics And Suggested Solutions If Spare Parts Are Needed Or Repairs.Provide 24X7 Service Response, On Call Service As Needed.Documentation And Reporting.Make Proper Commissioning Reports/PM Reports/Service Report/ Fault Report.
