ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWell versed knowledge in below point Component level soldering and de-soldering in both SMD (Surface Mounting Devices) & THT (Through Hole Technology)Schematic diagram, block diagram and other debugging soft toolsElectronics industrial standards like ESD, 5S, ROHS etc IPC standards for Rework of Electronic assemblies Equipments handling like multi meter, DC power supply, oscilloscope, baking oven, dry cabinet, & ONT , STB and OLT related testing tools, Hot air gun, soldering iron and de-soldering tool.Hardware troubleshooting in all product testing.BGA Rework( Reball the BGA, manually and also using BGA jigs)Handling of BGA rework machine, Performs all repairs, rework, test and documentation steps necessary to proceedFinding the all fault in multi-layer PCBA by using Multimeter.Individual performer to repair and solve any types of problems in the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board & Assembly)Perform 5M, FMEA analysis to identify the root cause and provide the analysis report for PCBA failure in 8-D.REPAIR ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of a Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Diploma Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Repair EngineerAbility to follow directions and proceduresAbility to work well in a team environmentTECHNICAL SKILLESExpert in Soldering & Disordering.Assemble & Disassemble of ONT and OLT Cheap Level Components Soldering & DisorderingPREFERRED SKILLSSupervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipmentMaintain the facilities maintenance schedulePerform and supervise maintenance related repairsInspect and troubleshoot equipmentEnsure all equipment is properly maintainedReview daily work orders and provide reportsReview all documentation to ensure proper data collection

Job Responsibilities Evaluate electronics components related to the production process or the quality of final product parts and determine when there is a need for changes to the process. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting Repair and Maintenance Testing and validation Quality Assurance Component souring and inventory management Technical support and training Root cause Analysis Decipher complex plans, drawings, diagrams, blueprints and instructions in order to complete installation or practice troubleshooting of electronics systems, parts or wiring networks. Record information and results about product or electronic performance by detailing testing methods, documenting possible issues and listing part specifications. Partner with mechanical or electrical engineers to fine tune the repair and diagnostic process in the work environment. Diagnose and repair problems with malfunctioning circuitry networks, ineffective electronic pieces, and missing or inoperative parts. Maintain all equipment and components by performing scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring calibration of equipment and scheduling replacement when needed. Communicate with customers, team members, engineers or management to determine possible problems or update individuals with work progress. Improve understanding and expertise in the field by regularly attending workshops, classes, conferences and training sessions in electronics and engineering
