The candidate must be proficient in communication skills. He should be having good knowledge of the intricate workings of transport industry and should possess good email drafting, excel, legible handwriting, along with coordinating skills especially with respect to drivers to clients and vice versa. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts. There will be rotational shifts during working sometimes during govt holidays also. All the booking related records of day-to-day should be maintaining in soft as well as hard copies.
