Main Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts in accordance with company strategy. Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with businessstrategies and achieving given sales targets. Support account managers and sales representatives to ensure client satisfactionand track achievement of sales targets. Communicate with clients to resolve issues and inquiries. Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness. Use client feedback to improve customer experience. Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements. Identify and approach potential clients. Ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and thesales team. Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board anddeliver within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. Building and maintaining good relationships with accounts. Attend regular business meetings with clients. Oversee completion of administrative work. Responsible for creating sales policy in the new modern trade channel. Developing and increasing sales and profit of all companys brands (Bella, Happy,Seni etc.). Maintaining settlement and documentation of debit notes, reconciliation withaccounts and ensuring timely collection of money. Preparing regular promo offers along with key account managers and overseeingits smooth implementation. Performing assigned duties related to the organization of sales activities and otheractivities aimed at increasing sales and profit. Checking the validity of the complaint pricing, requests and corrections, etc. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department and accounts team toensure proper documentation of activities and costs. Complete any other tasks assigned by the management in an efficient and timelymanner.
