As the Tool Room Head in Noida Sector 16, you will be responsible for overseeing the tool room operations of the company. This includes managing the tool room staff, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained, and coordinating tooling projects.Key responsibilities include managing the tool room staff, assigning work tasks, and ensuring that tools and equipment are maintained and in working order. You will also be responsible for coordinating tooling projects, liaising with other departments to ensure tools are ready for production, and maintaining tooling inventory.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, a graduate degree, and strong leadership skills. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also required. The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work well under pressure. A proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to quality are essential in this role.
