Work Location: Garhi Tarkhana, Machhiwara, Ludhiana (Punjab)Designation: Tool Room Manager (working knowledge of CNC, VMC, wire cutting, Die and maintain status and repair records for all equipment. Stock, organize, issue, and store tools, materials, and supplies inventory. Planning and coordinating toolroom activities to meet production schedules and deadlines. Ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control. Training and development of toolroom personnel. Tool Manufacturing and Maintenance:Managing the design, development, and manufacturing of tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs. Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment. Implementing and maintaining a tool management system to track tool usage, condition, and location. Quality Control:Ensuring that all tools meet quality standards and specifications. Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues. Working with production and engineering teams to resolve tooling-related problems. Safety and Compliance:Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations within the toolroom. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Conducting safety audits and providing safety training. Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with other departments, such as production, engineering, and quality control. Collaborating with Purchase Manager (vendors and suppliers) to ensure timely delivery of tooling materials and components.
