We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to join our team in Barasat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students in their study of English. Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. This involves designing activities to help students understand the English language and its literature.- Teaching: Deliver lessons in a clear and attractive manner, encouraging student participation and interaction. This includes teaching grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.- Class Management: Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and encouraging respect and cooperation among students.- Parent Communication: Reach out to parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise, maintaining a partnership in education.- Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to improve teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends and methodologies.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in English or a related field. Experience in teaching, although not mandatory, will be an advantage. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining concepts clearly. The ability to create an engaging classroom environment and a knack for inspiring students are also important attributes. The candidate should be patient, organized, and committed to the academic success of every student. A willingness to work full-time from the office is expected.

The current pool of candidates that work with us shows a potential and earning capacity between INR 50,000/- to INR 1,00,000/- every month with a commitment of time starting from just 30 hrs per week.
