As a Telecounsellor, your responsibilities typically include providing counselling services over the phone or online, assessing clients needs, offering support and guidance, maintaining client records ,and adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Job Description :Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and based on their interest.Ask them to attend free career counselling sessions. Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.Maintain regular attendance and to arrive at work on time.Good communication skills in English Required.Experience in outbound sales voice process.salary: What are we looking for in candidates ?1.
