Job Title: Telecom TechnicianLocation: __________________Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 03 Years (Freshers can apply)Salary: As per industry standardsVacancies: ___ Positions Job ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment on mobile towers.Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) of BTS, microwave, RF equipment, and power systems.Ensure proper functioning of network equipment and resolve technical issues on-site.Handle fault rectification, alarms, and service outages in coordination with the NOC team.Perform tower climbing safely while following all safety standards and SOPs.Check and maintain power supply systems including DG, battery bank, PIU, MCB panel, etc.Prepare site visit reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after every task.Handle basic electrical and RF measurements using tools (Clamp meter, VSWR meter, Site Master, etc.).Support new site integration and commissioning when required.Ensure all work is performed following safety regulations and company standards. Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or relevant field.Basic knowledge of telecom equipment (BTS, Microwave, RF, Antennas).Ability to climb towers (with safety harness).Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.Good communication skills and team coordination.Willingness to travel and work on field sites.

Installation and maintenance of telecom towers and equipment.Support in network expansion and troubleshooting.Ensure site safety and timely completion of projects.

Job Description for Technicians / Riggers:-Knowledge of RIL Automation tools: JPWPreventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment, etcSMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, CommunicationBattery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.

Job Requirements:Need to collect all disconnected devices like ONT, STB and WiFi.Should be able to handle 10 - 15 Leads per dayGood in Excel or Word for Report submissionSystem Knowledge
