Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or relevant field.Basic knowledge of telecom equipment (BTS, Microwave, RF, Antennas).Ability to climb towers (with safety harness).Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.Good communication skills and team coordination.Willingness to travel and work on field sites.
