Key Responsibilities3D Modeling & Connection Detailing: Design and detail complex structural steel systems (industrial buildings, pipe racks, platforms, and miscellaneous steel) using Tekla Structures, ensuring compliance with AISC codes and engineering connections.Shop & Erection Drawing Production: Extract accurate, high-quality shop fabrication drawings, assembly sheets, single-part details, and field erection plans.BOM & CNC Data Generation: Generate comprehensive Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), bolt lists, and NC/DXF files for automated CNC machinery.Clash Detection & Quality Control: Conduct thorough internal clash checks (steel-to-steel, geometry, and clearance verification) to resolve constructability conflicts before release.RFI & Revision Management: Track project revisions, implement engineer/architect markups, and draft professional Requests for Information (RFIs) for client coordination.

Locations : Navi Mumbai, Jalgaon, Nashik, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri, Goa & HubaliPosition : Modeler Generating Pre-modelling RFI's and submitting it to Team Leader prior to start of Modelling. Submitting post modelling RFI's before submitting model for checking. Strictly maintaining modelling standards and protocols. Modelling Steel in such a way that is satisfies below noted three important points: ? Erection needs ? Fabrication needs ? Shipping needs Giving idea about approximate time required for the Modelling to Team Leader while start of the allocated task. Cross checking each and every connection and member placing done with contract document for the given task before submitting it for checking. Attending all the comments received from checker or client, if not agreed on any comments, conveying it to Team Leader / Checker. Setting the Prefix for the different Members and doing Numbering in the model. Extracting Drawing as per sample to reduce amount of time required for detailing work. Finalizing all settings related to Numbering for IFA, IFF & Revised submittals. Keeping track of Numbering and submitted areas in the model. Helping to making a scheduling.

Key ResponsibilitiesRaw Material & Incoming Inspection: Inspect incoming materials, components, and outsourced parts against purchase specifications and engineering drawings before shop-floor release.In-Process Quality Monitoring: Conduct routine checks during manufacturing stages (machining, welding, fabrication, or assembly) to catch deviations early.Final Outgoing Inspection: Perform thorough dimensional and visual checks on finished products prior to dispatch to ensure 100% compliance with client requirements.Precision Measurement: Accurately utilize precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.Defect Control & NCR: Identify non-conforming items, tag rejected parts, isolate them in designated scrap/rework zones, and report root causes to the Production Manager.Quality Documentation: Maintain daily inspection logs, QA checklists, material test reports, and update digital logs using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
