The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality Salesforce capabilities.Functional ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support.Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and adoption.Technical ResponsibilitiesConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.Define technical requirements and collaborate with developers on Apex, Lightning Components, API integrations, and data migrations.Review and validate technical solutions for quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.Work on integration designs using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.Oversee data quality, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrationsDeep expertise in Services & Sales cloud of Salesforce and CTI integration with telephony systems.Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Ability to create detailed and accurate project documentation.Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes.Ability to write or review basic Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and LWC components (good to have).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities :-A Techno-Functional Intern would be involved in the activities related to end to end implementation ofsoftware at client locations and back end issue resolution for implementation activities. Implement new or maintain existing business solutions based on user requirements analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze financial requirements,including treasury, capital markets, equity, bonds, and forex exchange. Create comprehensive functional specifications and design documents based on financialbusiness requirements. Propose, program configure, document and test business solutions in the application accordingto the functional and technical requirements. Product Demonstration - Leverage Product knowledge and domain knowledge. New Requirements/Solutions - Conducting Workshops for Clients. Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Test), Data Migration, User Training, Go-Live etc.
