Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance TechnicianDepartment: MaintenanceLocation: Manesar, Sector 6-7, HaryanaRoles and Responsibilities:Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of twin-screw extrusion lines(European & Indian model).Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gravimetric feeders, auto-feedingsystems, and raw material handling units.Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot utility equipment, including air compressors, chillers,cooling towers, and DG sets.Inspect and maintain LT electrical panels, low-voltage applications, cabling, and electricalconnections.Identify basic machine faults, analyse root causes, and ensure timely repair of mechanical andelectrical issues.Maintain and operate twin-screw extruders, Gravimetric feeders, kneader machines, mouldingmachines, and related auxiliary systems.Carry out replacement of defective machine parts, wiring, sensors, motors, heaters, gearboxes,and pneumatic components.Ensure continuous machine availability by minimizing downtime through proactive monitoringand maintenance planning. (MTBF/MTTR)Coordinate with the production team for machine readiness before shift operations.Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, breakdown history, andpreventive maintenance schedules.Ensure safe working practices, strict PPE usage, and adherence to electrical safety protocols atall times.Monitor DG load distribution, compressor pressure levels, cooling water flow, and utilityefficiency for smooth operations.Support new machine installation, commissioning, and equipment upgrades whenever required.Maintain inventory of critical spares, tools, and consumables related to electrical and mechanicalmaintenance.Report abnormalities, repeated faults, and machine behaviour deviations to senior maintenancepersonnel.Required Skills & Technical Competencies:Strong working knowledge of twin-screw extruders, feeders, and polymer compoundingequipment.Hands-on experience with gravimetric feeders, auto-loader units, Gravimetric feeders,kneaders, and molding machines.Good understanding of electrical systems, low-voltage panels, HT/LT panels, wiring, relays, andindustrial electrical safety.Ability to diagnose electro-mechanical faults, replace defective parts, and perform preventivemaintenance.Experience in handling DG sets, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and utility supportsystems.Familiarity with mechanical systems such as motors, bearings, heaters, pumps, gearboxes, andpneumatic circuits.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Eligibility Criteria:Experience Required: 58 years of experience in maintenance within the extrusion, polymercompounding, gravimetric feeders.Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI Electrician required.Must have hands-on experience with European and Indian model extruders.Ability to work independently and manage maintenance responsibilities.

Job Description:-i) ITI / Diploma holder in mechanical trade.ii) Experience of 2-4 years of working in a company undertaking machining operations like grinding , Milling and working in a Machine shop, should be experience to operate machines and handle the measuring instruments etc.iii) Candidate should have a good personality, as he will be a part of our execution team for overseas projects.iv) Candidates with the passport will be preferred.
