Key Responsibilities: LAN cable laying and RJ45 termination OFC laying (Overhead / Underground) and basic fiber splicing Installation & configuration of routers, switches, access points CCTV installation (DVR/NVR/IP cameras) OTDR testing, power meter testing, LAN testing Troubleshooting broadband and leased line (ILL) issues Daily reporting and documentationRequired Skills: Knowledge of Cat6 & OFC laying (OH, UG & IBD) Basic understanding of IP addressing and networking Ability to use OTDR, crimping tool, LAN tester, etc. Willingness for pole climbing and ladder work Good communication skills Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory). (4-Wheeler licence will be an added advantage)Qualification & Experience: ITI / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Networking / Telecom) 15 years of relevant field experience
