Key Responsibilities:- Installation of CCTV Systems: You will install CCTV cameras and related equipment at various locations, ensuring optimal placement and angle for effective surveillance.- Maintenance and Repair: Regularly check and maintain CCTV systems, troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise to ensure systems operate smoothly.- System Configuration: Configure CCTV systems according to company standards and client specifications, adjusting settings for optimal performance.- Customer Support: Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their CCTV systems, providing clear explanations and support.- Documentation: Maintain records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions to track service history and improve future work.Required Skills and Expectations:- Basic technical knowledge of electronic systems and CCTV technology is preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.- A valid understanding of safety practices while working on site.Candidates should be male, have completed at least 10th grade, and possess a strong desire to work full-time in an office environment.
