We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience, and a minimum educational requirement is a 10th-grade pass.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support: Provide assistance to customers by troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.2. Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation and regular maintenance of technical equipment, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently.3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer feedback, to track performance and improvements over time.4. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure coordinated service delivery, sharing knowledge to enhance team efficiency.5. Customer Training: Educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures, empowering them to operate their systems effectively.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have good communication skills to interact with customers and team members. They should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, enabling them to diagnose issues and propose solutions efficiently. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is crucial, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing: Marketing / Sales of Portable and Fixed type of Gas, Fire & Flame Detection and Alarm Systems. Sales of industrial process related automation solutions..Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of sales methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and presentations to generate new leads and convert them into sales.Customer Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, explaining the features, benefits, and value of our products and services.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed both personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis.Travel: Travel to industrial areas across the state and PAN India, as required, to meet customers and generate new business.Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM systems.

- Provides technical support to client/customers.- Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop software, hardware and access control system- Basic knowledge of electronics component- Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates- Records logs of rendered support regarding to the product i.e. downloading and using of data.- Preferred BE in EC. Other Degree & diploma holders can apply. English communication required- Priority would be given to Local candidates- Ready to attend Face to Face to Interview- Salary will be purely based on interview performance.
