Identifying and documenting the scope of work (SOW), conversations, and technical specifications. Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day project activities, ensuring that tasks are carried outefficiently and effectively. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact project progress. Acting as a liaison and coordinating between the tech team, clients and management, anddocumenting every conversation. Collaborating with developers and other team members to identify and resolve issues. Proactively tracking and following up between different developments teams to resolvedependencies. Coordinating and handling client meetings and demo presentations. Facilitate change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget. Work with the Portfolio Manager and stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding changes. Coordinating project activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients,and senior management. Provide progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to ensure transparency and alignmentCandidate Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
