The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instructions to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The role demands strong conceptual clarity, a talent for simplifying complex theoretical and numerical concepts, and the ability to prepare students effectively for board examinations as well as competitive entrance exams. Key Responsibilities1. Academic Delivery & Curriculum PlanningDeliver engaging, well-structured, and conceptually sound lectures in Physics according to the prescribed board curriculum (e.g., CBSE/ICSE). Create comprehensive annual curriculum plans, daily lesson plans, and interactive worksheets that cater to diverse learning styles. Build solid foundational knowledge in key areas such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics. Integrate modern teaching aids, smart classroom technology, and digital simulations to enhance the learning experience. 2. Laboratory Management & Practical TrainingConduct regular, hands-on laboratory sessions to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications. Ensure absolute safety protocols are maintained within the Physics laboratory. Guide students effectively through practical records, investigatory projects, and core experiments required for board assessments. 3. Assessment & Student EvaluationDesign high-quality question papers, periodic tests, assignments, and mock examinations aligned with the latest board patterns.Evaluate student performance systematically, providing constructive, detailed feedback to ensure steady academic growth. Identify students requiring additional academic support and conduct tailored remedial classes or mentorship sessions. 4. Co-curricular & Administrative DutiesSpearhead and support science-related activities, including Science Exhibitions, Olympiads, and inter-school competitions. Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, academic progress, and internal assessments. Active collaboration with fellow faculty members and the academic coordinator for institutional planning and curriculum development. Attend and contribute meaningfully to Staff Meetings, Professional Development Workshops, and Parent-Teacher Meetings (Abhibhavakgan interaction). Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. in Physics / Applied Physics) from a recognized university. Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience teaching senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in a reputed school.Desirable: Cleared CTET / State TET; prior experience in training students for competitive exams like JEE/NEET.Key Skills & CompetenciesSubject Expertise: Exceptional command over both theoretical frameworks and complex numerical problem-solving.
