Required Executives - IT Support (Internal & External) Band 2 Division - IT Positions Open - 3Night Shift - YesThe role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software issues. Provide technical support to users by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and networking equipment. Assist in Implementing Security policies and procedures to protect the organization's information systems and data from unauthorized access, theft, or other threats. Assist with the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring that they are maintained and kept up-to-date. Participate in regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Provide technical support to end-users as required. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and security. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in information technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Security or a similar role. Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking. Understanding of security protocols and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
