1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)4. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)5. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs7. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token8. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools9. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM, etc.10. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements11. A knack for bench marking and optimization12. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial

Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function. Designing and building the website front-end. Creating the website architecture. Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration. Generating WordPress themes and plugins. Conducting website performance tests. Troubleshooting content issues. Conducting WordPress training with the client. Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug. Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. Ability to manage projects. Good communication skills.

Working knowledge of Laravel is a must Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases Working experience on version control tools GIT/SVN Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and working experience on Web servers andweb services.
