Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and dispatch. Handle daily purchase processes such as indent collection, raising purchase orders, new vendor recruitment, vendor follow-ups, and price negotiations. Maintain accurate stock records, goods inward/outward entries, and GRN preparation in Tally or ERP software. Ensure timely delivery of goods to branches and maintain stock availability to avoid shortages or overstocking. Monitor logistics and transportation, track deliveries, and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches. Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply. Ensure effective branch store operations, including billing, POS handling, and daily stock updates. Supervise store inventory, monitor expiry dates, manage return/damage stock, and implement FIFO system. Maintain store hygiene, customer service standards, and team coordination at the branch level. Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on purchases, stock movement, and supply performance. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical norms, internal SOPs, and maintain all necessary documentation. Communicate regularly with management and internal teams for operational updates and improvements.
