Job Description: Site Engineer - Electrical (33/11 kV Substation)Position OverviewThe Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of 33/11 kV substations, ensuring that all project activities meet technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution:Supervise the construction, installation, and commissioning of 33/11 kV substations.Ensure all electrical works adhere to project designs, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor progress and report any deviations or delays.Technical Supervision:Conduct inspections and tests on electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, and cables.Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.Verify design documents, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and as-built drawings.Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with local electrical codes, standards, and MSEDCL or equivalent authority guidelines.Coordination:Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Assist in resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and materials.Participate in site meetings to address challenges and track progress.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of work progress, quality inspections, and test results.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Submit reports and certifications for project milestones and completion.Education & QualificationsEducation: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience: 35 years of experience in electrical project send me resume engineerselectropathservices@gmail.com
