POSITION : SR.DESIGN ENGINEER CIVIL & STRUCTURALA. Job Description1. Perform and produce Engineering deliverables by carrying out analysis and design calculations using appropriate software.2. Maintenance of record prints, check prints, commented prints and drawings/checklists.3. Upload the native files, as per WBS, in the Native file Server.4. Allocate appropriate works and provide necessary Engineering inputs to draftsmen and Designers.5. Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings.6. Review & approval of vendor design & drawing7. Conduct SPR review session8. Prepare list of deliverables & engineering designs/deliverables with due emphasis on safety aspects and QMS norms.9. Maintain project specific records like input, check print, check list etc. 10. Working under guidance of RIL Managers.11. Adherence to committed schedule and preparation of monthly progress report.12. Quality assurance: Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents as required for project scope of work.13. Preparing / checking of designs & MTO / SOQ.14. Checking and issue of IFC drawings pertaining to his project.15. Regularly checking and reviewing 3D model, through SPR/other model reviewer to make it clash- free.16. Compilation of Data Bank/Documents.17. Field Engineering.18. Field engineering support and SER closure.B. Skills and Competencies1. Familiarity with working in 3D environment.2. Proficiency in StaadPro software is must.3. Proficient in understanding the scope of works and subsequently assist in estimation of man-hour requirement for assigned projects.4. Technical competence and awareness of leading design codes, standards of general civil underground works so as to coordinate technical issues with client / other departments during course of the project.5. Role & Responsibilities: Design structures, such as buildings or bridges Create structural models by using computer-aided design software Prepare reports & Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence Follow construction safety guidelines Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction Consider the strength of construction materials & Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval. Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers. Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers to ensure structural soundness. Prepare and allocate budgets. Track and report on project progress Collaborate with contractors and project managers. Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations. Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar. 4+ experience in civil engineering Hands on experience of design and visualizations software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAADPRO, REVIT , Tekla, Sketchup or similar Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc. Great leadership and organizational skills. Project management skills. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

- B. E. Civil /M. E. Structural Preferable- 2 - 5 Yrs As Structural Design Engineer on Multi Storied Buildings.- Working Knowledge of Software like AutoCAD, STAAD, RCDC & ETABS

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting calculations, performing structural analysis, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD), and developing structural engineering solutions for our custom facade systems.
