Stock handling - Receive stock additions, visual QC, and manage inventory. Sales: Assist customers in making purchases, which leads to sales conversion when they visit the showroom to buy jewellery; cross-sell and up-sell. Responsible for providing a great customer experience Knowledge of BTL Activities, Activities Planning & Execution, Catchment AnalysisWell-versed in Market & Competition Mapping and Presentation (Product/Business Model)Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.

1)2 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Retail store handling; preferably coffee shop2)Candidate with Hotel management degree preferred3)Passionate sales person. Know how to track Target vs Forecast on daily basis.4)Handle a team of around 8 members5)Stock & Inventory management experience a must6)Good at handling billing and cash flowCustomer and Issue handling.
