You will play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers looking to elevate their events with our unique party props.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and manage inventory records.Organize and track props, decorations, and party supplies.Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and new product sourcing.Rental Coordination:Handle rental bookings, agreements, and payment processing.Ensure timely dispatch, setup (if applicable), and return of party props.Inspect props after return and manage maintenance or repairs if needed.Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-store.Assist clients with product selection based on their event requirements.Provide after-sales support and handle complaints or special requests professionally.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of sales, rentals, expenses, and payments.Prepare invoices, quotations, and rental contracts.Manage store schedules, appointments, and deliveries.Store Operations:Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.Implement promotional activities and support marketing efforts.Assist in planning in-store displays or seasonal setups.Requirements:Proven experience in retail, store administration, or event management preferred or freshers will get training.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.Proficient in MS Office, inventory software, or point-of-sale systems.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.Join our team and help bring memorable events!
