We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain stock records, and ensure proper material handling and inventory control.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage inward and outward material movement.Maintain stock records and inventory updates.Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages/excess stock.Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain store documents.Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and operations teams.Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.Prepare daily/monthly stock reports.Required Skills:Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Store software preferred)Good communication and coordination skillsInventory and stock management knowledgeAttention to detail and record maintenance

Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitoring the current parts inventoryPricing parts to maintain profitabilityReceiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling themHelping customers find and purchase the correct partsOverseeing special ordersCollaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobsHiring, supervising and training parts department staff members

Accounts Executive ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of Banking, Accounts, GST, TDS and statutory compliance is a mustGood command over Tally, MS Excel and WordEffective communication skillsMaintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & CreditorsPayment follows up by telephonic & mailingDaily Stock maintains.Handling petty Cash Records.Send Quotation and Purchase as per order.Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properlyBanking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGSKnowledge about Central Excise Vat. This Vat is Exempted in Manufacturing Units.Handling to all Sales Tax & Income Tax work like C, H, and Forms Issue from the Sales Tax Department.Handling to Day-to-Day AccountingPrepare Salary Statement, PF Account, Worker Salary, Daily wages for WorkerFinalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
