Store Management, I Construction inventory Handling ,GRN, FIFO, LIFO,Knowledge Electrical Items ,Construction Items,Receiving & checking of company materials delivers duties to check the quality ofitems receiving, as per purchase order description and specification required.Prepare documentation Purchase Order, quotation request, daily & weekly materialreceiving report, and weekly procurement, daily & monthly report of consumables,materials status, and weekly report of store materials status.Monthly Stock Inventory Report of all items with Valuation.Monthly Consumption Report of all items with Valuation.

Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and store them in designated locations. Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems .Prepare documentation related to material transactions, monitor inventory

Physical inspection of all kind of incoming & outgoing material. Keep up the material in store by FIFO (First in first out) method. Time to time monitoring of store as per ISO requirement. Maintaining record for receiving, issuing, shortage, rejection etc. in spreadsheet.Vendor development Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies. Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments. Maintain a database of approved suppliers. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day) Proper Storage and preservation of the material Issues Material - physical and system Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas
